About Our Founder

Toni Tomlin, MBA

Toni Tomlin, a 20-year U.S. Navy veteran, dedicated mental health advocate, and the visionary behind My Healing Suite, also designed the "I Am Enough" affirmation loungewear line. Her unique approach blends deep structure with soulful healing, forged through years of leadership, personal transformation, and a profound mission to make energy wellness accessible to everyone.

Toni's expertise and My Healing Suite's impactful work have been recognized by local news outlets, including FOX 5, Channel 9, and WTOP.

What began as The Crystal Café—a full-service retail store known for its intentional atmosphere and wellness-inspired goods—quickly became a vibrant hub for community-centered events. From Sip & String intention-setting parties to energy workshops and pop-up healing experiences, the café became a beloved gathering space for those seeking meaningful connection and self-care.

Under Toni’s guidance, that grassroots vision has now evolved into My Healing Suite—a boutique event planning company specializing in curated wellness experiences. Today, her mobile wellness studio and planning team partner with organizations, government agencies, and corporate clients to bring immersive Healing Suite Wellness Lounges and transformative activations to events across the region.

2. How far in advance should we book a wellness activation?

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time to customize your experience. However, we occasionally have openings for short-notice events, so feel free to reach out anytime.

3. Can we customize the experience to fit our event or team culture?

Absolutely. All of our offerings — from aura photography to Sip & String workshops — are curated with your space, audience, and intention in mind. Whether you want a quiet recharge zone or a vibrant interactive experience, we’ll co-create something aligned.

4. How long do sessions or activations typically last?

It depends on the experience! Aura sessions, massage, and VR meditation typically run in 10–20 minute increments per person, while workshops and group sessions are often 30–60 minutes. A typical activation lasts about 1.5 hours, but we’ll build a schedule that fits your event flow and goals. Everything is curated with intention.

5. What’s included in a typical wellness activation setup?

We bring everything needed — from massage chairs and VR headsets to crystals, oils, and signage. You simply provide the space, and we’ll create a high-vibe, professional setup that’s visually beautiful and energetically inviting.

6. Do you travel outside of the DMV area?

Yes! While we’re based in the DC-Maryland-Virginia region, we’re happy to travel for the right opportunity. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and setup needs — just include your event location when inquiring.

7. Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

We specialize in intimate, energy-aligned sessions and typically serve groups ranging from 12 to 36 participants. This allows us to create a more personalized and meaningful experience for each guest. For larger events, we’re happy to scale with additional practitioners and stations to maintain our standard of care and intention.

8. Will this feel too “woo” for our audience?

Not at all. Our offerings are designed to be approachable and grounded, blending modern tools with ancient wellness practices. Whether your team is brand-new to energy work or already crystal-curious, we create a welcoming, inclusive experience for all.
