Designed with intention, each lounge weaves together up to three immersive activations—like chair massage, aromatherapy, oxygen bars, mindfulness stations, or guided breathwork—within a 2–3 hour window of restorative care.

4. How long do sessions or activations typically last?

It depends on the experience—and your event flow.

Individual activations like aura photography, massage, or VR meditation typically run 10–20 minutes per person. Group sessions and workshops—such as breathwork, journaling, or energy education—are usually 30 to 60 minutes.

Most Healing Suite activations are designed to span 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on your event format. Whether it’s a drop-in lounge, a structured workshop, or a multi-room experience, we’ll create a custom schedule that aligns with your goals, venue timing, and audience engagement.

5. What’s included in a typical wellness activation setup?

We go beyond setup—we transform.
A typical Healing Suite activation includes everything needed to turn your event space into a fully immersive wellness experience. We bring visually appealing decor, grounding textures, soft lighting, and eco-friendly furnishings to create a calming, intentional atmosphere. Light aromatherapy, curated music, and mindful flow are layered in to engage the senses and support relaxation.

Depending on your needs, activations may include aura photography, Sip & String intention-setting, guided meditation, or other wellness workshops. We also offer white-label wellness products and custom branded keepsakes—so your guests leave with more than a memory. They leave with something meaningful.

6. Do you travel outside of the DMV area?

Absolutely. While we're proudly based in the DC–Maryland–Virginia region, our event planning services extend throughout the East Coast—from New York to Virginia—and beyond. Whether you're planning a corporate retreat, wellness activation, or immersive experience, we’re equipped to travel for regional events and international retreats alike.

Travel fees may apply based on location and logistics, so be sure to include your event details when inquiring, and we’ll tailor a quote to fit your needs.

7. Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

We specialize in boutique, energy-aligned events that prioritize quality over quantity.

Our sweet spot is serving groups of around 35 participants, though we comfortably scale up to 100 while maintaining intention and care. For larger gatherings, we’re happy to explore staggered programming or rotating activations to ensure every guest enjoys a personalized and meaningful experience.

Our goal is to preserve the immersive, restorative feel—no matter the group size.

8. Will this feel too “woo” for our audience?

Not at all—and creating that balance is our specialty.
